On my final morning, the moon was setting over Mt. Tamalpais, Mill Valley, CA, USA, as I completed my packing and got ready to say farewell to my folks and head for the airport. I left SFO Tuesday morning and arrived Thursday morning in Chiang Mai, in time for my initiation to street food. Here was the walk along a busy street to the cafe.....
